The Nike Play New Box was created as a take-home “play” kit that revolved around getting kids active and involved in the community post-pandemic. Four Chicago sports social clubs were referenced as gathering points of sport within the South and Westside of Chicago, which Runsy referenced in her illustrations. Gift kits were given in-store at the Nike Chatham store in Chicago.
