Topps and NTWRK invited Runsy to produce original artwork to be used for Garbage Pail Kids’ physical trading cards. The cards were sold by NTWRK during the Beyond The Streets virtual art fair and exhibition happening on December 1, 2021 & December 2, 2021.

For her first card, Runsy created a self-portrait illustration in a Garbage Pail Kids stylized drawing. For her second card, she recreated Topps's 1985 GPK Hairy Mary card with new and original artwork.
