In 2022, Runsy became the first woman to collaborate with the Chicago White Sox on a special collection. The collection consisted of four items: two t-shirts and two sweaters, all designed by Runsy, with Mitchell & Ness serving as the vendor for selected garments.

Inspired by her upbringing on the South Side of Chicago, Runsy chose to document the collection's release at her grandmother’s house, showcasing her roots and sharing her background as a Latina woman.

Fans were able to purchase items from the collection during the official “Runsy Game Night” on September 21, 2022, at the Centerfield Scoreboard Shop inside White Sox Stadium. The collaboration was made available online one week later through Runsy’s website, selling out twice.

Ticket holders for the game night received a complimentary ceramic doll, also designed by Runsy. This figurine was not available for sale and was offered exclusively as a giveaway.
